7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once a package, session, or service has been confirmed and created by Life by Dalal, all payments made are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client, the paid amount may be applied as a credit toward any other service offered by Life by Dalal, subject to availability and prior arrangement. Alternatively, the client may transfer the booked session(s) or package to a family member or relative by providing written notice and receiving confirmation from Life by Dalal. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a package has been prepared or commenced.
