What if we take a moment to focus on the now? What are we seeing right now? Where are we? Who is in front of us? What is happening at this very moment? Who is doing something for us right now?
What time is it? Where are we located? Is it sunset or sunrise? Is it lunchtime or dinnertime? Is it day or night? How old are we right now? How do we look today? Have we changed since last year? Since last month? Is today a new day from yesterday?
Are we healthy right now? Are we still breathing? Are we still able to see? Are we still able to read?
Can we see the sunshine, feel the warmth of the sun, and witness another day passing by?
Can we be grateful for this moment right now?
It feels good right now. I feel good in my body right now. I am here, present at this moment.
Things are exactly as they are meant to be right now.
If we can be thankful for this moment, for whatever surrounds us, for whatever state we are in—and smile—and take a deep breath—we can feel gratitude now.
I am grateful right now.
It is a good day today. I will close my eyes and say, “It was a good day today. Thank you for today. I am looking forward to tomorrow.”
Tomorrow will bring another now, another series of full moments to experience.
Whatever state you are in right now, be grateful for it. Be thankful for this moment.
It’s all about now.
Life is full of now.
