If a User breaches any provision of these Terms, Life by Dalal reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action, including claims for damages or criminal proceedings.

15. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Life by Dalal, all offerings—including online coaching sessions, yoga sessions, digital workshops, recorded programs, live online events, and in-person programs—are carefully prepared and reserved in advance. Due to the nature of these services and the immediate access provided to digital materials, the following refund policy applies.

A. General Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once a session, program, workshop, or event has been confirmed or access to materials has been granted.

By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed the program description, requirements, and relevant details prior to enrollment.

B. Digital Products and Recorded Workshops

Due to the instant delivery and accessibility of digital content, purchases of recorded workshops, online programs, or downloadable materials are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

The participant deciding not to watch or complete the material
Personal circumstances preventing participation
Lack of perceived results or personal benefit
Technical issues related to the participant’s device, internet connection, or software
Failure to read the program description before purchase

C. Limited Refund Circumstances

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional and limited circumstances, including:

If Life by Dalal cancels a program, session, or event and no alternative date or replacement service can be offered
If a technical failure originating from Life by Dalal’s platform prevents the participant from accessing a purchased digital program and the issue cannot be resolved
If a duplicate payment was accidentally processed

In such cases, the refund will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service only.

D. Credits and Transfers

At the discretion of Life by Dalal, clients may be offered:

A credit toward another service, program, or event, valid for a specified period
The option to transfer the purchased session, program, or participation to another individual, subject to prior written notice and confirmation

Credits are non-transferable to cash and cannot be exchanged for monetary refunds.

E. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing any service, event, session, or program offered by Life by Dalal, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

16. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation

Life by Dalal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, decline participation, or remove any participant from a session, program, workshop, event, or online platform if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, harmful to the experience of others, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Disrespectful, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward the facilitator or other participants
Disruption of sessions, workshops, or events
Breach of confidentiality within group spaces
Unauthorized recording, distribution, or misuse of program materials
Any conduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or well-being of the group environment

In such cases, Life by Dalal reserves the right to immediately terminate the participant’s access to the service or program without any obligation to issue a refund, credit, or compensation, including if the participant has already accessed or partially used the materials or services.
